Anne was a founding partner of the firm. She passed away in 2010. She leaves a legacy of cogent, thoughtful leadership focused on seeking solutions through smart, workable compromise, advocacy, education, and conservation. Her foresight and mentorship built a water practice group who's success speaks for itself.
