Based on extensive experience in the field of water law, our philosophy is that the complexity of water problems is best addressed through problem-solving and negotiation, with litigation as a last resort.

Our Water Practice Group regularly represents clients in local, state, and federal administrative proceedings, and in state and federal courts.

We work on complex resources issues involving a broad range of agencies including:

State Water Resources Control Board;
Regional Water Quality Control Boards;
California Department of Fish and Wildlife;
