Janelle Krattiger is an Associate in the water practice group at Ellison Schneider Harris & Donlan. Janelle’s practice is primarily focused on water rights and natural resources law.
Representative Experience
Janelle’s experience includes surface water and groundwater rights, the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA), the state and federal Endangered Species Act, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), natural resources and environmental litigation, and public agency law.
- Serve as general legal counsel for Groundwater Sustainability Agency in Kings Subbasin including compliance with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act of 2014, adoption and levy of fees under Proposition 218, and litigation.
- Discovery and trial preparation for quiet title groundwater action involving county
- Facilitate water right change petition and water transfer process for multiple clients
