Representative Experience

  • CPUC advocacy in various resource planning proceedings (Resource Adequacy, Renewable Portfolio Standard, Integrated Resource Planning, etc.);
  • Implementation issues and defending enforcement actions under the State’s greenhouse gas laws, AB 32, AB 398 and AB 617;
  • Negotiation of power purchase, steam sales and interconnection agreements;
  • Regulatory due-diligence associated with project sales or acquisitions and project financing efforts;
  • Review and development of legislation.
