  • Monitoring and advocacy in various regulatory proceedings affecting the power sector;
  • Implementation issues and defending enforcement actions under the State’s greenhouse gas laws, AB 32, AB 398 and AB 617;
  • Negotiation of power purchase, steam sales and interconnection agreements;
  • Regulatory due-diligence associated with project sales or acquisitions and project financing efforts;
  • Monitoring and advice on legislation affecting power sector and climate change programs.
